From general first aid to overnight critical care monitoring to blood transfusion, Winnipeg Animal Emergency Hospital is equipped to help when your pet is in need. The emergency facility offers surgery, dentistry, orthopedics, endoscopy, diagnostic imaging, ultrasound services, etc.
The hospital doesn’t charge any after-hours fee for examination before midnight.
Because of our hours of operation, we are used as the veterinary hospital for the Winnipeg Humane Society when they don’t have a veterinarian available.
We are the storage and distribution center for the Canadian Animal Blood Bank. We are well versed in blood typing, cross-matching, blood collection, and transfusions.
We are a drop-off location for injured and orphaned wildlife for Prairie Wildlife Rehabilitation.
